As the long-term commercial partner of Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), URW Airports is playing a pivotal role in the $20 billion capital improvement program at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), one of the world’s busiest airports, set to exceed 100 million passengers annually by 2040.

Working together with the airport and airlines, we’re transforming the experience at Terminals 1, 2, 3, 6, Tom Bradley International Terminal, and, coming soon, the new Midfield Satellite Concourse. With different carriers and traveler profiles at every terminal, we take a unique approach to each terminal with a mix of dining, retail, and amenity options to enhance the experience and maximize the return for the airport and operators.

In 2019, URW and LAWA launched a new digital marketplace to provide a more efficient journey for millions of annual travelers. Featuring a digital product catalog, food ordering services, and more, the initiative recently earned LAX the title of “Most Innovative Airport” by the American Association of Airport Executives.
